Golf training sessions include several phases and are customized to the level of the player, from beginner to advanced golfer.
Here's how a lesson is typically structured:
1. Warm-up.
Before practice begins, we warm up the muscles to prevent injury.
2. Learning or practicing technique on the Drivung Rage.
Proper stance and grip of the club.
Practicing strokes: from short putts to long drives.
Working on accuracy and power of strokes.
3. Correcting mistakes.
Coach observes your technique, identifies mistakes and tells you how to correct them using video or practical demonstrations.
4. Tactics and simulation of play situations
Learning on-field strategy: club selection, estimating distances and obstacles.
Playing real game scenarios.
5. Playing on the course (if provided)
Training on the golf course allows you to consolidate your knowledge in a real game situation.
6. Feedback and recommendations
At the end of the practice session, the coach summarizes the results, notices successes and gives tips for personal practice.
